Returns Policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product you have purchased, you must contact admin via [email protected] within 7 Days of Receipt of Product.
All products must be returned within 5 working days of notification of dissatisfaction. All purchases must come with all original packaging, same as sent. If this is not done, the item will be put aside and you will be contacted to resolve the issue. Should the original packaging not be available, we reserve the right to refuse replacement or refund at our discretion. We also reserve the right to offer a lower refund amount where necessary due to this.
Any product purchased that includes manufacturers warranty must be returned to the manufacturer unless we state otherwise, for our convenience. All contact and postal charges are to be paid by you or the manufacturer unless stated otherwise.
Any goods sold faulty or without warranty are non-refundable under any circumstances. This will be stated within the product description where necessary but stands even if this is omitted from the description that it is faulty or sold as seen.
