How To Region Free Your NES and Replace 72 Pin Connector

NES Blinking Red Light

This video will show you 2 things. How to fix NES blinking red light and region unlock your NES so it plays NTSC games if it’s a PAL console and vice-versa.

If you are suffering from red blinky light with a correct region game inside your console, but don’t have a replacement 72 pin cartridge interface, you may want to try the region mod which may fix this issue before spending money buying the interface. This will circumvent the ‘region detection’ giving your game more time to be read. If this does not work, try both mods together, this video will show you how and how not to do this.
